By accessing or using Sokrates (“the Service”), provided by Sokrates (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sokrates is an AI-powered screen analysis tool that provides a native overlay for real-time AI assistance. The Service includes a desktop overlay application, a browser extension, and a server component.
Sokrates is designed for personal productivity, learning, and professional development. You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service (including those of any platforms you use alongside Sokrates).
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the initial purchase.
If you provide your own API keys (BYOK), you are responsible for any charges incurred with the respective AI provider. We do not store your API keys on our servers beyond the duration of your session.
The Service, including its code, design, prompts, and documentation, is the property of Sokrates. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Screenshots processed through the Service are not stored after analysis in cloud mode.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Sokrates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
